Good Times.

Luke had a blast playing with so many of his out-of-town cousins while we were in Vero.

Alex was a good buddy and played with Luke constantly.

He wasn't at all intimidated by Luke's size and heft and, being a big guy himself, did what he could to make Luke feel light on his feet.

A favorite game was fist pumping and blowing it up. Luke could do this for hours.

When Luke got stumped as to what he could possibly do with a set of flat blocks...

Zoe had a great idea.

Luke wasn't sold on the idea, though...

...and ended up making a pretty good case against using the block as spectacles, stopping Alex in his tracks.

Luke spent lots of time with his big buddy Will and even got to sit next to him at dinner one night while he (Luke) stuffed his face with ice cream and M & M's.

He got to meet crazy, fun Vanessa for the first time.

She taught us a new song that we couldn't get out of our heads the ENTIRE weekend...
Vanessa, Vanessa, jump up and down!

And, last but not least, Uncle Ben taught little Luke how to treat your innocent girl cousins who are smaller than you-- sit on them and crush their dainty little girly bones. I can always count on Uncle Ben to teach Luke something new and important when he's around.
